Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creating relationships with existing customers over the phone/email.
- Maintaining and growing strong relationships with current customers.
- Follow through with the sales and renewal process with customers by phone, email.
- Communicating with all renewal customers during budget reviews to manage renewal status.
- Cultivating relationships with renewal customers to ensure renewal is forthcoming.
- Assisting Account Representatives in the strategy and promotion of additional product (upselling).
- Providing customers with sales quotes and online demonstrations of our products.
- Effectively understanding customer needs, solving problems, negotiating, and developing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Using a contact management system to plan and complete sales activities, create quotes, develop a pipeline, and move opportunities through the renewal process to close.
- Effectively Negotiate Estimated Annual Contract Value.

- Ability (up to 10%) travel for quarterly company sales meetings.

Education:
- Position requires a bachelor’s degree and any sales or marketing experience. Experience of social leadership or intra college leadership will be a plus point.
- Preferred Degree: Any graduate or postgraduate.
