Roles & Responsibilities:
- L2 level on managing maintaining on-premises Active Directory
- Knowledge on Microsoft Entra connect for on-premises identity synchronization with Azure AD
and SSO. - Advanced troubleshooting skills on AD and Office 365.
- PowerShell scripting skills for various Office 365 admin tasks and reporting.
- eDiscovery to advance mailbox search.
- Basic knowledge on Azure information protection.
- on-premises Exchange server hybrid with Office 365.
- Basic knowledge on various antispam and mail flow.
- Advanced knowledge on Autodiscover, SPF, DKIM, public DNS management.
- Knowledge on other Office 365 options like conditional access policies, Application SSO etc.
- Managing and Configuring our Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint
Online, Teams and host of other products provided by Microsoft. - Candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and security
configuration of our Office 365 instance. - Maintain a high level of availability for all Office 365 services, including email, SharePoint,
OneDrive, and Team. - Monitor the service health and performance of Office 365 and all its products and take proactive
measures to prevent or mitigate issues. - Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to protect data and ensure
regulatory compliance. - Perform regular backups of data and systems and develop and test disaster recovery plans.
- Stay updated on new features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations
as needed. - Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations.
- Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features.
- Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve
productivity and efficiency. - Monitor trends and developments in the Office 365 ecosystem and keep abreast of changes in the competitive landscape.
Education:
Position requires a bachelor’s degree and any sales or marketing experience. Experience of socialleadership or intra college leadership will be a plus point.
